Add a new additional insured or certificate holder

Fill out the short form below and click 'Submit'. As long as the information you’ve given us is correct, your documents will arrive in the next 30 minutes (please make sure you check your spam folder, too). If we can’t match your details straightaway we’ll email you within 1 business day.

Please review the questions marked in red.
  1. Please tell us exactly how you'd like your business name to appear on your policy. If you're a sole proprietor or haven't thought of a name for your business yet, just put your first and last name here. We can change the details for you at a later date.
  2. The policy number can be found on the certificate of insurance or policy documentation.
  3. Please enter your phone number, including area code.
  4. Additional insured / certificate holder details:

  5. An additional insured is another person or entity that is included as an insured on your policy, but only protects them for your acts (not their own). For example, your client or landlord may want to be protected by your insurance policy in case your actions result in a claim being made against them, too. If they are an additional insured under your policy, your policy would protect them and they do not have to worry about their insurance responding to an action which you are responsible for.

In order to have additional insured status, the person(s) or organization(s) for whom you are performing operations or leasing a premises from must have agreed in writing in a contract or agreement that such person(s) or organization(s) must be added as an additional insured on your policy. A person's or organization's status as an additional insured under this policy ends when your operations or lease agreement for that additional insured are completed.
